Donside is a new and exciting type of housing community that gives everyone the opportunity to live in this beautiful riverside setting.

There are many options available to clients and we would be happy to discuss your requirements further.

The options can be split broadly into three categories:

 Purchase

This option is available to those who wish to purchase their own home. Please note help with deposits may be available (see shared equity).

Shared equity

This option is open to those who wish to purchase their own home and either do not have a deposit available to enable them to purchase or do not have the required income to enable them to purchase the full value of the home. There are two distinctly different types of shared equity available:

1. CHAP developers Shared Equity (involves a Developer contribution of either 15% or 20%)

2. LIFT/NSSE Government-funded shared equity (involves a Government contribution varying from 10% up to 40%)
